1. Acceptance
By using leadoslabs.in or engaging LEADOS LABS ([LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]) for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you act for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Our services
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads management and lead generation.
- Website and landing page design & development.
- Custom software, CRM, dashboards and portals.
- Mobile app development for iOS and Android, including store publishing.
- AI and WhatsApp automation.
3. Proposals, scope & changes
Every engagement is defined by a written proposal, quotation or invoice listing the deliverables, timeline and fees. Work requested outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and may change the timeline and price.
4. Pricing, payments & taxes
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is charged extra as applicable unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
Advance or milestone payments are due as stated on the invoice. We may pause work if payments are overdue. Advertising budgets paid to Meta/Google are separate from our service fee and are paid by the client directly or reimbursed at actuals.
5. Client responsibilities
- Share content, logos, access and feedback on time.
- Make sure any material you give us does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- Delays in approvals or content may shift delivery dates.
6. Third-party platforms
Our work depends on platforms such as Meta, Google, Apple App Store, Google Play, WhatsApp, Razorpay and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, ad account restrictions or app review decisions, though we will help you resolve them.
7. Ownership
After full payment, you own the custom designs, content and code created specifically for you. We may keep using our general tools, templates and know-how. We will not show your work publicly without your permission.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep each other's business information confidential and will not share it without written consent, except where required by law.
9. No guaranteed results
We use proven methods, but results such as leads, sales, rankings or revenue depend on factors outside our control (market, product, pricing, your sales follow-up and platform algorithms). We do not guarantee specific business results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Indian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable. Refunds, if any, follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith discussion, failing which the courts at Guwahati, Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
